Frequently Asked Questions

What cameras are compatible? +
Any NDI-compatible camera works with Lumatrack. This includes PTZ cameras, webcams with NDI software, and professional broadcast cameras with NDI output.
Can I use it only for followspot? +
No, you can use it with anything supporting PSN. For example, disguise D3 server, MA Lighting consoles, Chamsys, and other PSN-compatible systems.
Can it track multiple performers? +
Lumatrack Nano is designed for single-performer tracking. For multi-performer scenarios, consider using multiple units or our upcoming Lumatrack S.
What are the power requirements? +
Lumatrack Nano requires a USB-C power adapter. PoE is not supported.
Does it work in low light conditions? +
Lumatrack performs best in standard stage lighting. Extreme low-light or strobe-heavy environments may affect tracking accuracy.
